Shipping policy
We deliver within South Africa only, from Voorbaai, Mossel Bay.
When we dispatch
- Bob Go door-to-door orders are dispatched the next business day.
- Order cut-off is Thursday. We're closed on weekends, so orders placed on Fridays and over weekends ship on Monday.
- Locker-to-locker orders are sent on Wednesdays.
- Public holidays are not business days.
- Orders are dispatched only once payment has been confirmed.
Delivery options and cost
All deliveries are done by Bob Go. Prices include VAT.
- Bob Go door-to-door (recommended): R90.15 for a small box (25 packets) and R119.00 for a large box (50 packets), per box. Dispatched the next business day.
- Bob Go locker-to-locker: sent on Wednesdays and priced by locker size. A small box goes in a Large locker (R90.15). A large box, or two large boxes, goes in an Extra-large (XL) locker (R119.00). Larger orders use more than one locker.
- Free collection in Voorbaai, Mossel Bay: collection on site, Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm (closed weekends and public holidays)
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postal code and the number and size of boxes. Delivery times after dispatch are Bob Go's estimates (usually 1 to 5 business days) and can be affected by public holidays, weather and outlying areas.
Lockers and pickup points
You'll get an SMS or email with a collection PIN or code. Please collect within Bob Go's collection window (usually 3 to 7 days), or the parcel may be returned at your cost.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address carefully. Re-delivery or return costs caused by an incorrect address or unavailable recipient are for the customer's account.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and WhatsApp us on 064 517 8508 within 48 hours.
